Here you will find our very own Lavender Cookie Mix, Lavender Brownie Kit, Culinary Lavender Sugar, Culinary Lavender Sea Salt, Lavender Tisane (an herbal tea blend) and the spice Whole and Ground Culinary Lavender ~ along with our hand crafted Lavender and Flaxseed Eye Pillows. We include recipes to utilize our unique and diverse seed sown, Lavandula angustifolia (L. angustifolia) that flourishes in our Mediterranean like climate, in the sunny Santa Cruz Mountains of California. The result is a sweet lavender that will fit neatly into the spice shelf amid the pantheon of spices all cooks, from the novice to the gourmet, use to enlighten their meals and recipes.

Once a staple in the households throughout Europe, and still widely used there, it is truly a unique experience in the culinary arts.
