Lavender 'Tea' Tisane
            
Lavender was the delight of Queen Elizabeth I. It was seldom absent from a table at which she sat. She reputedly consumed countless cups of Sweet Lavender Tisane.

1 1/2 teaspoons
Little Sky ground lavender
2 cups boiling water
Honey to taste

Steep the flowers for 3-4 minutes. Strain. Add honey to taste.
Variation: A little mint or rosemary combines beautifully with lavender.
